Delete your Mileverse account

You can delete your Mileverse account and everything stored with it. There are two ways.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Mileverse and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete all my data.
- Confirm, then type DELETE when asked.
If you are signed in, this deletes your account and all your data from our servers straight away, and signs you out on that phone.
Option 2: by email, without the app
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your Mileverse account (your Google address, or the address Apple shared, including an Apple private relay address) with the subject "Delete my Mileverse account".
We use the sender address to match the request to your account, so please write from the same address you signed in with. We may reply to confirm before we delete. We will delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request.
What is deleted
Everything we hold for your account:
- your account record (your sign-in identity: email address, name and, for Google, profile photo link), and for Sign in with Apple we also revoke Mileverse's access to your Apple ID;
- the programs you hold, with your balances and tiers;
- your expiry entries;
- your balance history;
- any custom programs you created.
We do not keep a copy. Our hosting provider's security logs (which can include your email address and IP address) and routine backups expire on their own schedule within a limited period. Deletion cannot be undone. You can export your data first from Profile, then Export my data.
What is not covered
- Exploring the app without signing in stores none of your data, so there is nothing to delete.
- Usage events and crash reports are not linked to your account, so they cannot be matched to you and deleted individually. See the privacy policy.
- Google and Apple keep their own records of your use of their sign-in and, for Google, ads. Those are managed in your Google account or Apple ID.
